Automatic Crack Control Devices

Automatic magnetic particle crack control devices are produced for serial control purposes. The circular magnetic field is applied by passing current through the part and the linear magnetic field is applied by the electromagnet. Magnetic fields are applied simultaneously, allowing cracks in all directions to be visualized. Modular mesh belt or stainless chain conveyor is used for the transfer of parts.

Two models are available, 3AC and 5AC.
