Mobile Coil Crack Controllers

In moving coil magnetic particle crack control devices, the circular magnetic field is applied by passing current through the part, and the linear magnetic field is applied with the coil. Magnetic fields are applied sequentially in devices that are magnetized with direct current (HWDC/FWDC) and simultaneously in devices that are magnetized with alternating current (AC), allowing cracks in all directions to be displayed.

Two models are available, 2AC and 3AC. In AC devices, demagnetization is automatic. There is a motorized demagnetization switch option in DC devices.
